1. About Legacy Influence
Legacy Influence is an S Corporation providing marketing, sales training, and business operations consulting services to coaches, consultants, and e-commerce businesses in the United States. Our services include but are not limited to lead generation, funnel strategy, social media marketing, high-ticket sales coaching, and virtual/fractional operations management.
2. Use of This Website
By accessing and using this website, you agree that you will:
Use the website only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems
Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form
Not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel engagements at our sole discretion if these terms are violated.
3. Services & Engagements
3.1 Service Agreements
All client engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement shall control.
3.2 No Guarantee of Results
Legacy Influence provides marketing, sales, and operations consulting services based on proven strategies and industry expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue targets, lead volumes, or business outcomes. Results vary based on factors including but not limited to market conditions, client industry, offer quality, and client participation and implementation.
3.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services
Timely review and approval of deliverables
Implementing recommendations and strategies as agreed
Maintaining appropriate licenses, permits, and legal compliance for their own business
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, rates, and schedules are specified in individual service agreements. General payment terms include:
All fees are due as specified in your service agreement
Payments are currently processed via Stripe, Inc. or as otherwise agreed in writing
Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
Legacy Influence reserves the right to update its pricing and payment methods. Any changes will be communicated to active clients with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Materials
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and page design, is the property of Legacy Influence and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our express written permission.
5.2 Client Materials
Any materials, content, or assets provided to us by clients for use in delivering services remain the intellectual property of the client. By providing such materials, you grant Legacy Influence a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
5.3 Deliverables
Ownership of deliverables created by Legacy Influence on behalf of a client will be specified in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full ownership transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of a client engagement, including business strategies, financial information, client lists, and proprietary processes. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legacy Influence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Legacy Influence in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legacy Influence, its founders, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. Legacy Influence reserves the right to terminate access to our website or services immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or any service engagement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us directly. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration before pursuing litigation.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
